- To report your insurance claim, simply login on this page. You'll be asked some initial questions, and we'll begin resolving your claim immediately.
- A claims representative will contact you — generally by the end of the business day — to answer your questions and schedule an inspection of your vehicle. The claims rep can answer any questions you have about the insurance claims process, coverage or repairs.
- After you submit your claim, well inspect your vehicles damage and provide an estimate for your repairs.
- If you need help, we'll even arrange vehicle repair service and towing, too. You can choose a repair facility within Progressive's network or our concierge level of claims service, available through Service Centers nationwide, and we'll schedule the appointment for you when you report the claim. If you prefer, you can also choose your own repair facility.
- Your claims rep can make arrangements if you need a rental car. (Rental reimbursement varies based on policy coverage and accident circumstances.)
- While your vehicle is being repaired, your claims rep is available to help you with any insurance claims questions or issues you may have. When you choose a repair shop in Progressive’s network or use our concierge level of claims service for insurance claims, we'll guarantee your repairs for for as long as you own or lease your car.
- If you have a commercial auto claim, rest assured that youll still receive the same superior insurance claims service. Progressives commercial auto claims approach is to match your specific needs with the appropriate experts.
