How do I use Progressive's concierge level of claims service?
Once you report your claim, a claims representative can schedule your appointment at a Progressive Service Center. Just drop off your car at the scheduled time, and we'll take care of the rest — from writing estimates to arranging repairs with a body shop in our network of repair facilities.
If you'd like to rent a car, you can pick one up at the Service Center, too. You'll be on your way in about 15 minutes.

Progressive’s concierge level of claims service is available through Service Centers across the country. When you start the claims process, we'll let you know if there's one in your neighborhood, and you can decide if you'd like to use the service.

Progressive policyholders—and anyone involved in a claim with a Progressive policyholder—can choose our concierge level of claims service.
Fast, Accurate Estimates
Often, people shop around for repair estimates to get the best deal. This takes time and can delay the start of repairs.
If you choose Progressive's concierge level of claims service, we'll prepare an estimate for you, as well as arrange repairs with an auto body shop in our network of repair facilities.
Once we reach an agreement with the shop for the cost of the repairs, the repair shop will transport your vehicle from the Service Center to its facility and the repair process begins.

Picking Up Your Car is as Easy as Dropping It Off
When your repairs are complete, your vehicle will be returned to the Service Center. We’ll inspect the repairs with the shop. And only after we’re satisfied with the repair quality, we’ll call you to schedule a convenient pick up time.
All you need to do is come back to the Service Center and inspect your car. A representative will be there to answer any questions you may have.
It's that simple – show up, return your rental car if you have one, and drive your car away.
