All you need to do is schedule your appointment at one of the Progressive Service Centers, and we'll not only take care of your claim from start to finish, but also guarantee the repairs for as long as you own or lease your car.
How do I use Progressive’s Concierge Claims Service?
Start your claim by logging in on our site, any time of the day or night. Then, schedule your appointment at one of our Progressive Service Centers. Next, drop off your car at the scheduled time and we’ll take care of the rest - from writing estimates to arranging repairs with a body shop in our network of repair facilities.
If you’d like to rent a car, you can pick one up at the Service Center, too. You'll be on your way in about 15 minutes.
Is Concierge Claims Service / Service Center available in my neighborhood?
Progressive’s concierge level of claims service is available at Service Centers throughout the country. When you start the claims process, we'll let you know if there is one in your neighborhood and you can decide if you'd like to use the service.
Who can use the Concierge Service?
The concierge claims service is not just for Progressive policyholders — it's available to anyone involved in a claim with a Progressive policyholder.
Fast, Accurate Estimates
Often, people shop around for repair estimates to get the best deal. This takes time and can delay the start of repairs.
If you choose to use Progressive's concierge service, you'll save time because we'll prepare an estimate for you, as well as arrange repairs with an auto body shop in our network of repair facilities.
Once we reach an agreement with the shop for the cost of the repairs, the repair shop will transport your vehicle from the Service Center to its facility and the repair process begins.
You’ll be kept up to date on the repair status, and you can check up on your claim any time by calling us or visiting the Manage Your Policy section of the Web site.
Picking Up Your Car is as Easy as Dropping It Off
When your repairs are complete, your vehicle will be returned to the Service Center. We’ll inspect the repairs with the shop. And only after we’re satisfied with the repair quality, we’ll call you to schedule a convenient pick up time.
All you need to do is come back to the Service Center and inspect your car. A representative will be there to answer any questions you may have.
It's that simple — show up, return your rental car if you have one, and drive your car away.
