About Our Immediate Response Vehicles
Progressive uses Immediate Response® Vehicles (IRVs) — those familiar white SUVs with the Progressive logo on the side — to give your car insurance claim a head start. If your vehicle is involved in an accident, our claims representatives travel in our IRVs to repair shops, tow yards, your house, or your work to help resolve your claim quickly and accurately.
Since 1994, Progressive IRVs have helped innovate and improve how we deliver car insurance.
